How does ListingHubs map supplier CSV columns to platform fields?▼
When you upload a file, our AI analyzes column names and sample data to match them to the target platform's required fields (e.g., Amazon Flat File or Shopify CSV columns). For common sources like Amazon exports or Shopify files, mapping is automatic. For custom or supplier CSVs, AI suggests the best matches with confidence scores — you can accept or adjust before proceeding.
What file formats are supported?▼
We support CSV and Excel files (.xlsx, .xls) from any source — supplier exports, Amazon Seller Central reports, Shopify product exports, eBay listings, and more. Files are auto-detected for GBK or UTF-8 encoding. Maximum file size is 20MB with up to 200 product rows per batch.
How is this different from LitCommerce or Sellbrite?▼
LitCommerce and Sellbrite sync your listings via API connections — they can modify or break your live listings. ListingHubs is file-based: you upload a CSV, we process it offline, and you download a ready-to-publish file. We never touch your store. This eliminates the risk of API errors, rate limits, or accidental overwrites.
Which platforms can I export to?▼
Currently 14 platforms: Amazon, eBay, Shopify, AliExpress, TikTok Shop, Etsy, Wayfair, Shopee, Lazada, Wish, Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, and bol.com. Each platform has its own field template and export format — you select the target when creating a project.
How accurate is the AI translation and SEO optimization?▼
We use advanced AI to translate product content and optimize it for each platform's search algorithm. For Amazon, we follow A9 best practices: keyword-rich titles under 200 chars, 5 benefit-driven bullet points, and backend search terms. For eBay, we optimize for Cassini. For Shopify, we optimize for Google Shopping. Every listing is fully editable before export.
Can I save and reuse field mappings?▼
Yes. Once you configure field mappings for a source-target combination (e.g., supplier CSV to Amazon Flat File), you can save it as a reusable template. Next time you upload a file with the same structure, apply the saved template with one click.
